Homeowners’s Association
The homeowner’s association (HOA) is responsible for maintaining all the common areas within the development and certain assets, such as the front entrance sign, emergency access fire roads, walking trails, the community park, etc. The Association is managed by a professional management company. There is a Board of Directors that meets no less than quarterly to address community issues, review the financial reports and approve contracts. The Board is also responsible for establishing fines and collection policies, enforcing the CC&R’s and addressing complaints by the homeowners.
